Below is a Crew FAQ to help with common questions about registering and NCA.

The NCA Crew FAQ.

  • For NCA Crew Registration you need to upload your current CV in PDF format. CV should be updated with most recent jobs and have reference contact information either included on CV or as a separate document please.

    If you have reference letters upload as well.

    Upload copies of maritime Certifications and licenses.

    Recommended chefs have food photos of food on CV or a link to food photos. Nicely plated finished dishes are best. 5-8 images.

  • After we receive your information we will review and will reach out to you if we want to schedule an interview right away. But we do recommend following up with us within three to four days to set up an interview if you have not heard from us.

  • Let us know on the registration from if you are part of a team and if they have registered with NCA and we will make sure your files are tied together.

  • Jobs come in vey frequently so not all of the jobs we have may be on and updated on the website. Best to check in with us by email or phone.
